Because each Neovace gallery is personalized and immediately rendered by AI, all purchases are final once the generation process begins — as is standard for digital, made-to-order content under EU and US law.

To make sure you love your portraits, every plan includes at least one free regeneration, and Business plans include two. By placing your order, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of your purchase and acknowledge waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16m).

Questions about billing.

Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. You pay once, you receive your portraits, and you keep them forever. We never bill recurring charges or hidden fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA bank transfers for European customers. Payments are securely processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Is VAT included in the displayed price?
Yes. All prices shown on this page are VAT-inclusive for European customers. The exact VAT amount is calculated based on your country at checkout and itemized on your invoice.
Will I receive an invoice?
Absolutely. A PDF invoice with all required tax details (VAT number, breakdown, your billing information) is automatically emailed to you after every purchase. You can also retrieve your invoices at any time from your dashboard. Perfect for expense reports and tax records.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales are final. Because our portraits are personalized and immediately rendered by AI, your order cannot be refunded once generation begins — this is standard for digital, made-to-order content. To ensure your satisfaction, every plan includes at least one free regeneration if you're not happy with the first results. See our sales policy for full details.
Can I upgrade my plan after purchase?
Plans cannot be upgraded after generation has started, but you can place additional orders at any time. If you've already purchased Discovery and want more variety, you can reuse the same model and order an additional Essential or Pro pack at standard pricing.
Can I use my portraits commercially?
Personal use (LinkedIn, CV, professional websites, social media) is included in every plan. Full commercial use (advertising, brand campaigns, books, paid press, team rosters) is exclusively included in the Business plan with a dedicated commercial license.
Are my photos kept private?
Absolutely. Your selfies and AI model are encrypted, stored on EU servers, and automatically deleted after 30 days. We never share, sell, or use your images to train any public model. Full GDPR compliance.
