Our position: Neovace uses the absolute minimum of cookies to operate. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Your privacy is not a marketing argument — it's how the product is designed.

02Why we use cookies

Cookies allow us to:

  • Keep you logged into your account between visits;
  • Remember your preferences (language, display);
  • Secure your session and protect against fraud (CSRF protection);
  • Measure, anonymously and on an aggregated basis, how the Site is used in order to improve it.

03Essential cookies (always active)

These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site and cannot be disabled. They do not require your prior consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the equivalent in other Member States.

04Analytics cookies (subject to your consent)

These cookies allow us to anonymously measure the Site's audience and improve the user experience. They are only deposited after you have given your explicit consent on the cookie banner.

05Third-party cookies

Certain interactions on the Site rely on trusted third-party services. These services may deposit their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe (payment processing): cookies used during the payment process to secure transactions and prevent fraud. Stripe cookie policy.
  • Cloudflare (hosting and security): cookies used to identify legitimate traffic and protect the Site against attacks. Cloudflare cookie policy.

We do not use advertising or social-network cookies (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.). The Site does not transmit your behavioral data to any advertising platform.

On your first visit, a banner allows you to:

  • Accept all cookies;
  • Refuse all non-essential cookies (only essential cookies will then be active);
  • Customize your choices by category.

Your consent is valid for 13 months. After that, the banner is shown again so you can renew your choice. You can also modify your preferences at any time via the link in the footer of the Site.

07Manage your cookies

In addition to the choices offered on the Site, you can manage cookies directly in your browser. Each browser has its own procedure:
