What is Neovace?
Neovace is an AI-powered portrait studio for professionals. We turn ordinary phone selfies into a portfolio of studio-quality headshots — corporate, editorial, executive, creative, and more. The whole process takes under an hour, and your portraits are yours to keep forever.

Do I need any technical skills?

How do I get started?

Is Neovace available outside Europe?
Our service was built with European professionals in mind, but it's accessible worldwide. Customers from any country can sign up, pay in EUR, and receive their portraits. Our infrastructure runs on EU servers regardless of where you're based.

The process
How many selfies do I need to upload?
15 to 20 selfies is the sweet spot. Less than 15 and the AI doesn't have enough information to learn your features properly. More than 25 doesn't bring noticeable improvement. Quality matters more than quantity.
What kind of selfies work best?
Recent selfies (less than 6 months old), taken with your phone in good lighting. Vary your angles, expressions, and outfits. Avoid sunglasses, hats, group photos, heavy filters, and blurry images. See our photo guide for full do's and don'ts.
How long does it take to receive my portraits?
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 hours. Pro, Premium and Business plans benefit from priority queue, with average delivery of 15 to 30 minutes. You'll receive an email notification the moment your gallery is ready.
Can I choose the styles of my portraits?
Yes. After uploading your selfies, you choose your styles from a curated list (Corporate, Executive, Editorial, Studio, Creative, Outdoor, Casual, and Black & White). The number of styles you can select depends on your plan.
Can I change my outfit, hair color or background?
Yes — your gallery includes multiple outfits, lighting setups, and backgrounds within each chosen style. Hair color, makeup, and beard variations are also generated automatically. You don't need to provide preferences; the AI explores variations naturally.
What format are the portraits delivered in?
Every portrait is delivered in high-quality JPG and PNG formats. Resolution depends on your plan: HD (1024px) for Discovery and Essential, 2K for Pro, and 4K for Premium and Business. You can download portraits individually or as a single ZIP archive.
What if I want to add more selfies after I've uploaded?
You can add or replace selfies before training begins — that window stays open for about 5 minutes after upload. Once training has started, the input is locked. After delivery, you can re-upload a new batch and place a new order if you want a refresh.

Pricing & billing
Is Neovace a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. You pay once, you receive your portraits, and you keep them forever. We never bill recurring charges or hidden fees — ever.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA bank transfers for European customers. Payments are securely processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. All prices on our pricing page are VAT-inclusive for European customers. The exact VAT amount is calculated at checkout based on your country and itemized on your invoice.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice with all required tax details is automatically emailed to you after every purchase. You can also retrieve all your invoices from your dashboard at any time. Perfect for expense reports.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales are final. Because our portraits are personalized and immediately rendered by AI, your order cannot be refunded once generation begins — this is standard for digital, made-to-order content. To ensure your satisfaction, every plan includes at least one free regeneration if you're not happy with the first results. See our sales policy for full details.
Can I upgrade my plan after purchase?
Plans cannot be upgraded after generation has started. However, you can place additional orders at any time on the same account. Your previously generated portraits remain accessible in your dashboard.
Do you offer team or volume discounts?
For teams of 5 or more, we offer custom pricing on Business plans, with centralized billing and a dedicated account manager. Contact us with your team size and we'll send you a custom quote within 24 hours.

Privacy & data
What happens to my photos and AI model?
Both your uploaded selfies and the private AI model trained on them are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. We never reuse your data. If you want to generate more portraits later, you'll need to re-upload your selfies — that's a deliberate privacy choice.
Are my photos used to train other models?
Never. Your photos are used exclusively to train your own private AI model. We do not use customer data to train any public, shared, or commercial model. Your data stays yours.
Where are my photos stored?
All photos and AI models are stored on European Union servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is fully GDPR-compliant, with data residency exclusively within the EU.
Can I delete my data before the 30-day deadline?
Yes. You can request immediate deletion of your selfies and AI model from your dashboard at any time, or by emailing support@neovace.com. Once deleted, the operation is irreversible — your generated portraits remain available for download.
Is Neovace GDPR-compliant?
Yes — fully. We follow the GDPR by design: encrypted EU storage, automatic deletion, no data sharing, transparent privacy practices, and the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your data at any time. Read our complete privacy policy for all details.
What if I see my face appearing somewhere else?
That's impossible from our service — your AI model is private and accessible only to you. If you encounter unauthorized use of your likeness elsewhere on the internet, please contact us immediately at support@neovace.com so we can investigate and assist.

Quality & results
Will my portraits actually look like me?
Yes — provided your input selfies are recent, well-lit, and varied. Our model is fine-tuned to capture the unique geometry of your face. The more diverse your input (different angles, expressions, lighting), the more your portraits will feel unmistakably you.
Are the portraits indistinguishable from a real photoshoot?
For most uses (LinkedIn, CV, professional bios), they are. The level of detail, lighting, and composition rivals a studio session. Side by side with a traditional headshot, the difference is rarely perceptible to a non-expert. Visit our gallery to judge for yourself.
How many portraits will look "perfect"?
We deliver between 25 and 400 portraits depending on your plan. From experience, around 70-80% are immediately usable, and you'll typically find 5 to 15 that feel like definitive "winners." That's far more usable shots than a typical photo studio session would produce.
What if some portraits look weird (extra fingers, distorted features)?
Like any AI generation, a small percentage of outputs may have minor inconsistencies. That's why we generate significantly more portraits than you'll ever need — you simply discard the imperfect ones and keep the great ones. Out of 100 portraits, expect 75-85 to be flawless.
Can I request retouching on a specific portrait?
Manual retouching is included in the Business plan. For other plans, you can request a free regeneration if your gallery as a whole doesn't meet expectations. Individual portrait retouching is not available on lower-tier plans, by design — it would compromise our turnaround time.
What if I'm not happy with my gallery?
Every plan includes at least one free regeneration. If your initial gallery doesn't reflect you well, contact our support team within 30 days and we'll re-run the generation at no extra cost. Often, providing a slightly improved selfie batch makes a dramatic difference. See our sales policy for full details.

Account & support
How do I create an account?
Click Sign in in the top right of any page. You can register with your email or via Google in under a minute. No credit card needed to create an account — payment happens only when you choose a plan.
How do I delete my account?
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. The deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including any AI models, uploaded selfies, and unused credits. Your previously downloaded portraits, of course, remain on your devices.
How do I contact support?
Email us at support@neovace.com or use the form on our contact page. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days, often much faster. Business plan customers benefit from priority response within 4 hours.
Where are your portraits generated from? Who is behind Neovace?
Neovace is operated by a small team registered in Delaware, USA, serving customers across Europe and worldwide. Our AI infrastructure runs on European Union servers for full GDPR compliance. Read more on our about page.
What languages do you support?
Our website and dashboard are currently available in English. Customer support is provided in English. We're actively working on French, German, Spanish, and Italian translations — coming in 2026.
